I have been out in the wilderness for several weeks or so! First my mother dying on Boxing Day and making me think of where I am in my career and life. Now my brother is suffering some serious Kidney problems and that’s another strain on where I feel I am at this moment! However, I am slowly getting back to where I feel the best and happiest and that is Hypnotherapy! So getting back to basics and enjoying what makes me tick and makes me love helping others Supercharge Their Confidence is where I belong! I shall be posting more of the work that I do, and include some Hypnotherapy sessions that I do with permissions of course, and lots of uplifting and thought provoking stuff! So I am back and onwards and upwards!!

Everyone focuses on recruiting. Few focus on retention. But here’s the secret: The best way to keep clients from running away is to always have something to give. Retention builds real income.

If you’re always chasing the next commission, you’re always starting from zero. Build relationships. Keep clients happy. Create recurring value. That’s the real game.

Stop building forward blindly. Start building backward intentionally. If your goal was already achieved…What steps would have made it happen? Think big. Plan smart. Execute daily.
