Sit bone pain on one side only
I’ve recently changed saddle from a brooks to a selle italia L3. The reason being is that my brooks does not have a middle cutout and the nose is pressing against me. Dropping the nose resulted in too much pressure on my hands so hence the switch. Saddle height a couple of mm less but fore/aft and tilt stayed the same. What I’m finding is that I get a lot of pressure on the left hand side sit bones but none on the right. I can feel the right hand side but there’s just no pressure or pain at all. Left hand side totally different. 25 miles in to a ride and the pain is unbelievable. Any ideas? I’m 6’, 96 kg and top heavy on a ML Defy Advanced 1 with a D Fuse seatpost

I get exactly the same but on the right hand side. In my case I’m using the SLR S3 Boost and am on the border of using the S3 or the L3. I suspect I’m sitting off to the one side because of the size of the saddle so am going to try an L3. Perhaps the first place to start is to ensure that the L3 is suited to your anatomy.
