Happy Friday!
Good morning, and happy Friday everybody! Thanks for being part of Scooters Garage! It’s so unreal to me to see all of the interest and support for this page in the short time I’ve been here. You guys all make this possible!! I’m wondering over my coffee this morning, what exactly would YOU the people like to see come from this page? All answers are welcome! I wanna hear suggestions, improvements, ideas- really anything that you guys feel you’d benefit from having here. And as always, thanks again to everybody for being here. P.S.- to everyone who read this far, **big things are on the way for the Scooter Check App!** STAY TUNED!!

Happy Friday to you too my brother! My lad and I are converting a KUKIRIN G4 to be dual motor with the ability to disable the front motor on a button. We're going to take pictures along the way and document what to do in a very easy to follow guide, complete with a parts list, and instructions for each step. We need to build this app up, then reach out for sponsorship or testing opportunities (my son and I currently do this with a few manufacturers and brands). This build will be as close to stock aesthetic as possible with upgraded brakes so they are not cable orange brakes lol.
KUKIRIN G4 DUAL
Today we are starting the modification of a KUKIRIN G4 to make this dual motor. If you would like a step by step easy to follow guide on how to do this conversion then let me know and I can add it to a classroom. We have: New grips New throttle New XOD brakes 2 x 2000W Motors 2 x KUKIRIN G4 controllers Connectors Stem bag for second controller Switch to enable and disable 2nd Controller New brake discs If anyone is interested in how we are going to do this then let me know. This will be fully upgraded but as close to stock aesthetic as possible. All information on required parts and links will be added to a classroom.

I have just shared this group from my TIKTOK Account, Facebook account and groups. The more members we can get the better the knowledge will be, the more powerful this group will become in the eyes of suppliers and manufacturers drawn to a platform where they can get genuine feedback and not criticism. No sarcastic posts, can we keep this as a “there is no such thing as a bad question” type of group where members feel free to explain without fear of grammatical corrections, or highlighted spelling mistakes. If you can understand it then who cares if there is no full stop, comma or a spelling mistake. If unsure just ask! Never be afraid to ask as even with my personal experience sometimes I get to involved in one direction and forget something obvious! We all do it and ya got to laugh and learn.

Introduction!
Hi, I was raised by an engineer father who still to this day has active patents, while not continuing thr manual side of engineering, I turned to IT, and settled after many careers in IT, to ICT Security Pen Testing, Change Control Security, Infrastructure design, Cloud Tech, SaaS, VMWare, Hyper-V and all that malarkey! I was defined as being medically retired due to extremely poor health, this all though frustrating after years of qualifications and experience, I used the opportunity to spend more time with my family and my son is in to scooters and is keeping my head busy, I can do extremely in-depth troubleshooting down to exactly which motor hall-sensor is causing the issue, I have a deep understanding of DC electrics, controllers, batteries, BMS’s, Motors, Displays, Firmware, wiring, best clips and connectors to use and how to make connectors from old used connectors as a way to fix the scooter/bike safely pending parts. I can help with soldering handy tips, wiring tips, how to make connectors, what gauge wire to use for which task. I have worked on everything from 24V through to 108V 350A line amp animals. I do not ride these bikes, I just fix, build them by telling my Son how to do what’s needed due to health dexterity issues and pain. I’m basically uploading my knowledge to my lad and he is doing an amazing job. We have owned every brand of escooter you can name over here in the UK and by far the favourite “go to” scooter is the APOLLO PHANTOM 3 running a MACH 1 controller with NO OVER HEATING ISSUES! I am also part of the APOLLO APP testing of the new updates and revisions for the scooters so am always at the bleeding edge of capabilities. I have a great relationship with AMORGE, SOTION, ELECTRO & CO, SIA ECOSYS, FARDRIVER (CAN Requests), FROG Brakes, FX Throttle. I can tune and configure most controllers from VOTOL to FARDRIVERS and can diagnose faults from the graph output screens. If I can help anyone then that’s fantastic! Stay Charged! APOLLO

@Zack Johnson I’m here for any issues buddy, use that experience to help others, and most importantly to learn more from you guys! You never stop learning, everyday is a school day I say!
BRAKE CALIPER ALIGNMENT - HYDRAULIC & CAN APPLY TO CABLE
Do you have issues lining the caliper up perfectly centred to stop any rubbing? If so, loosen the caliper TOP bolts so they are loose and then squeeze the brake lever, or ask someone to. When the brake is squeezed on simply tighten down the caliper top bolts and release the brake lever. VOILA! Perfectly centred caliper!
