I use video clips for questions, for quick little how to's, and soon for acknowledgment. I have also done a post on Why I started this community, sharing part of my own story, the injury, healing and developing natural health skills, becoming a doctor to help others heal naturally. Building a community so we have a place to learn these things, practice them, and share the wins and have fun together along the way. For me after a traumatic fall, the prognosis was 24/7 pain, that would get worse, daily, for the rest of my life. I was offered narcotics, oxycodone, and biofeedback. Not great options if you don't want to be an addict or die of overdose, or suicide from such high constant pain. So you forge a new path and share it with as many as possible. It's personal, it's also my profession. Most of my community member's hadn't heard that part of my story. So speak up, let folks know why you created the space.
