Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers, grandmothers, mother figures, nurturers, and loving hearts in this space. 🤍 I know this day can hold many different emotions. For some, it’s joyful and full of connection. For others, it may carry grief, longing, distance, complicated relationships, or the ache of someone deeply missed. Some are celebrating with their children. Some are holding memories. Some are navigating silence, separation, or uncertainty. And some are carrying love for children or grandchildren no longer physically here. Wherever this day finds you, I just want to send you love. There is no “right” way to move through today. You don’t need to force joy if your heart feels tender. And if today is beautiful for you, I hope you allow yourself to fully receive that too. May all mothers (in every form and every experience ) feel held, honored, and loved today. Sending a gentle hug to anyone who needs one and lots of love to you all! 💖

It’s been a little while since I’ve posted in here. I’ve been under the weather and needing more rest than usual, so I’ve been listening to that and giving my body what it needed. I’m feeling better now and slowly finding my rhythm again. I’ve also been thinking about this space and planning our next Light Collective gathering. Our next meeting will be Sunday, May 3 at 11am CST, and right now I’m feeling drawn toward the theme of heart/brain coherence — coming back into alignment within ourselves, creating steadiness, and reconnecting mind and heart in a meaningful way. I’ll be honing in on the details and getting everything posted this weekend. For today, I just want to offer a simple intention: Lead with love.With yourself.With others.With the thoughts you choose to feed.With the energy you bring into the day. Where my energy goes, love flows. Maybe that can be our gentle reminder today. I’m grateful you’re here, and I’m looking forward to gathering again soon. 🤍
