1. Be sure to grab a copy of your Book World Domination Plan. Yes, it can be exported to Excel, but not everything will work properly. Not all the formulas will translate. And the script that moves things from one page to another will definitely not work. 2. Start filling it in. You don't need to do everything at once. A little bit at a time will still get the job done. And...what can you delegate? With Google Sheets, you're able to add your VA to your spreadsheet. A VA could probably add in your backlist with buy links. Maybe add your blurb in the notes. All kinds of things to simplify your life. 3. Take a look at the Romance Author page in the Romance Author Module. This will layout some basics you should have in place, as well as sharing where you can find some of the resources provided. 4. Add the calendar events to your calendar. We'll help you stay on top of your monthly numbers, your monthly goals, answer questions, and even be live for co-working sessions. 5. Need help on goals?
