No. No previous owner. The "owner" you have listed is my son-in-law who has NO INTEREST in the property AT ALL! He and my daughter are not on title, not on my mortgage, not on anything I own. They have their own house. So, how he is listed as the "Owner" "Absentee Owner" if beyond me. I called the county and they don't have them on record at all.... My name is the ONLY name of record on this property. And only one house - on 8 acres. So, if my own info is wrong, then how many other properties do you have the wrong information on?
