Weekly Journal #2 — Noticing Patterns Gently
This week is about seeing a little more clearly, without trying to change anything yet. There’s nothing to solve here. Just noticing what repeats, what shifts, and what stays steady. Write as little or as much as you want. Sharing is optional. 1) One pattern I’ve noticed in my thoughts lately is… (Not good or bad — just something that shows up often) 2) One moment this week when I felt more present was… (What was happening around me at that time?) 3) One moment when I felt pulled away or distracted was… (No judgment — just noticing the contrast) 4) Something I keep returning to mentally is… (A thought, situation, or feeling that circles back) 5) One thing that feels steady or unchanged beneath everything is… (This can be subtle) 6) One small way I can support myself this coming week is… (Not a goal — more like a permission or reminder) Optional share Post one sentence, one phrase, or one word that stood out for you this week. You’re welcome to respond to others — or simply read quietly. Choose the category that fits your energy today.

@Yosf Hattan excellent way to move forward. Sometimes that pause can really allow you to reflect.
Where Am I Actually Standing?
Take a breath before you start. This isn’t about fixing anything today. It’s about noticing. Write freely. No polishing. No judging. Right now, I feel… (Emotionally, mentally, physically — even if it’s messy or unclear) Lately, I’ve been carrying… (A thought, responsibility, worry, expectation, or pressure that’s been sitting with you) Something that’s quietly draining me is… (It might be a habit, a person, a situation, or even your own self-talk) Something that’s quietly supporting me is… (Even if it’s small — a routine, a person, a moment of peace) If I’m honest, what I need more of right now is… (Rest, clarity, discipline, patience, courage, boundaries, reassurance, momentum — name it) One gentle promise I can make to myself today is… (Not a big goal. Just one realistic act of self-respect.) Optional share: If you feel comfortable, post one sentence from your entry below. No explanations needed.

@Karen Egoff always a pleasure. I understand the loss as I lost my parent within a span of 2 years back in 2018 and 2020. Just keep moving forward and the tough times will get through. I guess you know it more than I do as you are an expert but at least I am here to provide any support I can. Cheers

@Jon Cooke love the thought. If you are scared, the fear takes over. Instead, overcome your fear and move forward.

šŸ“Œ How to Share Journal Ideas Here

🧘 Weekly Journal #1 — Grounding & Awareness
This week’s journal is an invitation to slow down. Write as little or as much as you want. Sharing is optional. 1) Right now, my inner pace feels… (Slow, rushed, heavy, calm, scattered — anything honest) 2) One thing that’s been taking my energy is… (No fixing, just noticing) 3) One thing that quietly supported me this week was… (Even something small) 4) What I’ve been holding onto a bit too tightly is… (A thought, expectation, or pressure) 5) What I’m ready to soften or loosen is… (No need to act on it yet) 6) One gentle intention for the coming week is… (Keep it realistic and kind) Optional share: Post one sentence, one phrase, or one word below. Reading quietly also counts. When commenting, choose the category that fits your energy today.
