Hi Tribers! I am surprised of how many people don't know this. And also, it took over 46 years for Western medicine to catch on... Often old fashion stuffs is better! Here is a proof... Experiments by renown scientists & high end universities to proof the point of damaging effects of LED + Screens are tested on severe cases/patients of: -diabetes -neurodegenerative diseases such as Altimeters, Parkinson's & Dementia... -premature aging I am making a new course (free) in the tribe where I will be adding Health resources. Cuz why not. I will be sharing relevant yet not so known or "popular" healthy protocols... You like?? I spent DAILY a generous amount of sun bathing - it doesn't have to be in a bikini in Acapulco holding an espresso martini... The sun's healing properties go through your clothing... In my case is mostly hikes w my dogs & mountain bikes - approx 3 hours in the afternoon, before sunset... In the past, when i lived close to the ocean, i did a lot of windsurfing... I also do part of my mourning routine outside - yoga, taichi,meditation in the mourning... and there is more lol I might share it in a separate post, depending on wether or not you like to know more... What about you? What kind of lighting do you have inside your home? Do spent any time outdoors every day? Do you use a night mode on your screens - computers, phones etc...?🥰
