Yall! I am struggling with this eviction. No matter what I do they come back with more… just more! The biggest hurdle I’m facing is there was a co-tenant (my cousin) who is doing the complete opposite of what I’m doing. She’s confirmed everything for the collection agency, she set up a payment plan, and she even provided them with a signed copy of the lease. Absolutely everything that I am disputing! She has made this process a nightmare! Does anyone have any suggestions or insight… I see the eviction section in the classroom, but I am confused about what I’m looking at.
