Day 2️⃣💗
Forgot to record, but my act of kindness for Day 2 was taking my sister to the gym. She’s been going through a lot lately, so I asked her to tag along. We were both exhausted after an hour, but it was good to see her feeling a bit more like herself. Exercise can be so powerful. ✨ We both definitely needed that. 🙏🏾
