Mystical Kabbalah is a life long study and practice. I have been studying a lot in this area for many years now. Mainly in the Tree of Life (fundamental part of MK). Now if you want to get really deep into this, you have to get The Zohar, a copy of the Torah and the Talmud. Kabbalah is about the discipline of receiving the hidden knowledge of the boundless Divine, call the Ein Sof (The infinite), and how it contracted itself to create a finite universe. The entire cosmos and the human being (microcosm), are mapped on the 10 Divine emanations known as the Sefirot (The Tree of Life). This map reveals rhe flow of psychic and energetic forces from the Crown of creation to the Kingdom of matter. To study the sacred texts like the Zohar is to consult the Divine Blueprint, understanding the hidden meanings behind the surface reality (the Torah) to discover that everything happening is for the deepest spiritual mission. Now for the twist, there are 3 form os this mysticism. The spelling with the K is the original Jewish Mysticism, everything else comes after but rooted in Mystical Kabbalah. The Christian Mysticism is spelt "Cabala", which came during the Renaissance. Created a interpreted version of the original Kabbalah. Then came the Western version, Mystical Qabbalah which is most western Esoteric and/or Hermetic traditions. This includes, The Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, Aleister Crowley, and other systems like Tarot, and ritual magic. With Mystical Qabbalah, the line is very thin between good and evil. There is so much more! I do study with a Rabbi that teaches Mystical Kabbalah. I have written several blogs on this and will post later by the end of the year. It's part of my coaching from the spiritual side. I am currently integrating it into my SoulNautic programs. :-) The books are just the surface of the iceberg, you have practice it and make a part of your life and amazing things happens. :-) It all depends on what are you intentions to want to study/practice Mystical Qabbalah, with the Q.... :-)

@Andie Ruddy My coaching practice and teaching is more of a fusion of the Tree of Life and Jungian Analytical Psychology, deeply rooted in spirituality / universal consciousness. I do a lot of Past Life Regression group sessions, both virtual and in-person. I am looking for venues for live group sessions. There are few classes I plan to teach on Past Life Regression and Future Life Progression. If I have enough interest I will do it. I am in the process of creating the courses.
Time frame for a vision
When you have a vision how can you tell when it is going to happen? I had a vision two weeks ago....how do you know when it is going to happen?

Vision don't really have time stamp. Unless it was Clearly shown. I suggest you look for signs in the physical world. What was the vision, and who, where was part of your vision. Visions can be messages to change course, so to prevent the manifestation of them. Premonitions (are visions as well) can't be changed, the reality is inevitable.
Vision or Psychosis?
I have a question. How do you know if what you are experiencing are visions as opposed to psychosis? I have Schizoaffective disorder. I have visions of the present, past or future that have come true but I also have psychosis...... Comments are welcome :)

This definitely more than a discussion here. All my life I have visions. As a child I thought it was normal, but as I got older I realized not every experience this. Now I will not get into my visions and premonitions. What I would like to do firs is say this based on my emperiences and from my hypnotherapy practice with many clients, and my many years of studying analytical psychology, "a true vision is like watching an incredibly meaningful, beautiful movie in a private, inner cinema (I like to call this the theatre of the mind)—you are the viewer, you are in control of the remote, and you know you can walk out into the sunlight of the theater lobby (reality) whenever you choose. The movie's wisdom stays with you and helps you live better - ofcourse this analogy is for simplification. Psychosis is when you believe the movie has literally burst through the screen, is chasing you in the lobby, and you can no longer tell the difference between the film, the theater, and your actual life. It is terrifying, chaotic, and it impairs your ability to function." Now when we have premonitions (visions), even when it's going to be something terrible going to happen, you are still in control. The fears we get from that can be our beliefs we cerate from that. In my Shadow work, I help client to integrate these visions into their lives to create more powerful awareness. If I understand correctly you said you have Schizoaffective disorder (I assume you were clinically diagnosed);it is best to learn how to manage events of hallucinations, delusions and, mood / depression. As you diagnoses is both schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Journalling will be a powerful tool for you. Journal each event in full detail. Learn to ask powerful "WHAT" questions. I hope that gives you some insights.
