Favorite Plant: Dandelion. Dandelion is an amazing lady. Bitter and Cooling she stimulates the liver and gallbladder. Slight relaxant and diuretic actions makes her very versatile. Helping to detox and remove toxins this plant not only helps our internal ecosystem but also can be used to remove toxins in the external ecosystem. This is important to understand because where you grow or source your Dandelion from is important. All parts of the plant can be used for food and medicine by providing important vital actions in the body: nutritive, hepatic, digestive stimulant, alterative, diuretic (leaf mainly), systemic protection against inflammation (chronic) & free radicals, trophorestorative and so much more!
