I’m working on coming across more well versed in my conversations. I’ve noticed that some sellers ghost me when a big number is on the table and it’s a little discouraging. For example, I had a surplus funds leads for 100k+ reach out to me but once we spoke she ghosted me and stopped answering my calls. I don’t think I said anything wrong but I think that due to the amount of money on the line she would prefer an expert over a beginner like myself. 😔

The Secret to Success...
The old phrase, "knowledge is power" is an incomplete statement. The truth is that getting knowledge will empower you to start making moves, but the next big component that people leave out is that you have to keep refining and sharpening along the way. Every single time I execute a new contract, I learned far more than what I watched on YouTube or other Zoom calls. Every single time I brought up a conversation topic that I was getting stuck on and got the right feedback, I leveled up far quicker. So don't let yourself be fooled that watching another video is the secret sauce. What you really need is the action and feedback. We're having a great time make LIVE calls on Saturdays.
