@Karen Christine Sengupta It all turned out to be the Police mistake... the description of the get-away car matched the vehicle I owned and was driving. There were at least 6 or 8 police cars with lights flashing EVERYWHERE and that many guns pointed at my car. As quickly as they realized their mistake it was over and I was released. Definitely a CRAZY EXPERIENCE for the books.
I did it!! And I feel so excited!! I’m actually amazed by it 😁 Just immerse yourself into this experience, put in the effort and you can do it too 💪 Next goal is to go through the whole course before this week ends and then start again from the beginning next Monday to really drill the frameworks and the tools in!!
@Vickie Ireland Keep posting, making comments, and creating content in the community. From these posts, you receive "likes" which then convert directly into points. These points then accumulate to "Level Up". You only need 4 points to get to Level 2. I've placed other comments with more details in explanations in other posts.
@Vickie Ireland At the top of this page there is a menu: "Community" / "Classroom" / "Calendar" / Members / Leadersboards / About... The Classroom tab gets you to the courses. The Community tab takes you to all of the discussions/ posts/ comments being made by "us" the members. As you comment and have other members "like" your comment you are "rewarded" with points. The points accumulate and open up the "Levels". The Leaderboards tab takes you to your "scoreboard" - the levels you've opened up, how many points remaining to open up the next level, etc. Under your profile picture is the number of points with a ?. Click on the ? and you will see the numbers of points required for each level to unlock. These are the 3 tabs you will use the most.
I came to find out, the MORE CLEAR you are, when telling people what you do, in person and on social media, the ,more open armed they tend to be. My message is in the first comment!
Yo all. I am excited to write about my experience this morning. I threw out my own ideas of how to facilitate a transformative breakthrough session and did exactly what Ed taught in this course and used his templates - recorded the session for the certification as asked. My results were fantastic. Huge breakthrough using the belief chain breaker and a shiny client at the end. I am marveling at the way this is all set up - so generous and clear. The way we are incentivized to grow community - the materials - the encouragement - and the genuine care by Ed and his team. What’s next? No limits. When i get real results for my clients I feel I too evolve. What a great feeling.
@Vickie Ireland Game changer with that entire 4 foundation components (Diagnose, Break, Retrain, Compound)... I find that it's actually exactly the same process for "patients" as well as "clients" because physical disease and mental disease have that in common.
@Carrie Branovan Well... isn't that also what I do in Chiropractic? According to my professional license, I have to develop the Diagnosis (naming an illness and putting it into a category - the same for a Counselor/ Social Worker/ any other Doctor). Then for the patient we develop the "Treatment Plan" which contains the other 3 foundation components for changing lifestyle (Retrain and Compound), healing and repairing the body - especially for chronic diseases.
Curious as to what everyone is doing for stress management (exercise, meditation, affirmations, etc). My go-to is definitely meditation, breathwork, and exercise. I meditate everyday, sometimes several times a day and exercise a minimum of 5 days a week. In the past, I'd come home and go straight to the fridge for a beer or cocktail, but was able to break that habit 🙂
My morning routine is a guided meditation! I also sit in the Hyperbaric Chamber for 1 1/2 hours each week with HRV (heart rate variability scan), use the EESystems for at least 2 hours a week, Jump on my mini tramp for 20 minutes multiple times per week, no alcohol, tobacco or medical drugs of any kind and I am mindful of my diet (although not necessarily "strict") and I take nutritional supplements every day (my philosophy there is: I take my nutrition and supplement it with food) P.S. Since adopting that understanding in nutrition, my intake of calorie foods has dropped 30-40% and I am still at my high school weight/size.
How do you as a business owner, coach, online social media producer, parent, daughter/son detatch your emotions from negative untruthful statements which people sometimes vocalize?.. so that you can smile calmly at that person who is speaking the lie with genuine kind eyes and goodwill to them? ... How can you repeatedly detatch yourself from getting bothered over these lies so that people eventually come face to face with thé truth instead ? What mental/spiritual/emotional exercises do you do to make those lies roll off of you like water off of a duck's back ?
Not bragging guys, but I've unlocked the course in 3 days 😁 Honestly, I couldn't have done it without everyone's support, so thank you! I wanted to see how fast I could do it so that newbies don't feel disheartened and stop engaging with the community. Plus, I love a challenge 😁 Next step, get certified! I'll continue to share my insights and encourage other's along the way 🙏
I HAD A HUGE VICTORY TODAY! I was paticipating in a workshop for coaches here in Denmark, and it got recorded, and there was around 100-120 paticipating and besides that it's going to be send out to over 2000+ coaches! AND I SHARED MY KNOWLEGDE AS A ROOKIE, and people loved it, the hosts loved the knowlegde and the things I contributed with, SO MUCH that I have a meeting with them on Monday 10:30 my time, to eventually get to be a part of their team behind there success, and that gives me access to all the tools that they provide so that I can scale my business! I needed to share this, because I AM SO PROUD OF MYSELF🔥
Does the unconscious mind always have a positive intention for every thing it does? Can you dispute this using examples or if you agree with this statement why do you agree?
The statement depends upon how you define "unconscious mind". If that definition includes such names as Spirit, Soul, Divine, etc., then I completely agree that it is based in Unconditional Love. As you connect to that such duality as positive/negative, good/bad, right/wrong, win/lose, beautiful/ugly, hard/soft, masculine/feminine, etc., there is already a "disconnect" from Unconditional. To say that the outcome will always be for your best good, I completely agree! There is a tremendous amount of further discussion to expand this understanding. Furthermore, "intention" infers choice, responsibility and accountability. The choice is always ours, as is the foundation in Quantum physics that what is observed is completely dependent upon the perspective of the viewer. Stated differently, we choose the perspective from which we view life and all situations, events, relationships, happenings, and so forth (which are the observations, another word is feedback). NAMASTE!!!
Wow - that was fast!!! The engagement in this community is fantastic. And everyone is so helpful!! A special shout out to @Martha Acevedo for the boost ;-) what are you most grateful for in this community?
My dearest coaches and community family! In Denmark we have a VERY bad habit with alcohol, I don't know if any of you have heard about that - it is called drinking from a young age and basicly leave your brain at home on the weekends! But I recently started to test my own program, about creating new habits, and today I have been 20 days without consuming alcohol AND sugar, and wow, I am proud! My issue now, and what I NEED HELP with is this - I have another bad habit that is called nicotine(UNFORTUNETLY!!!) I now need some advice from you beloved people on how to get rid of nicotine the LEAST painful way, without mistreating my partner, my friends and family in the need of nicotine. (because that I AM AFRAID OF). So if you are someone who have consumed nicotine, or know someone who stopped, what did you/they do? My challenge about NO NICOTINE starts in 5 days!
@Terrance Waddell Addictions are the balance of pain/pleasure. The suggestion can be helpful! We have to be very careful as to also change the underlying reason/cause/emotion/belief for the addiction. If the underlying cause isn't addressed then the addiction will only shift into a different "negative" behavior. In essence, the process is processing the fear and transforming it to Love.
@Adam Gersbach Agreed!! As it has been mentioned in another thread, the parent who isn't a "good" model is still a tremendous influence in one's life. That influence is ALWAYS VALUABLE! We also always have a choice to transform into greater love.
I felt like sharing this with you guys, I am definetly going to test this out! Today I was introduced to a affirmation method that is called Affirmation Rampage. Take out a pen and paper, write a affirmation in the top of the paper something that really deeply resonates with you! And then you RIFF on what you know to be true about that affirmation Do that with 2-3 affirmations daily, and watch what is going to happen!
