Workout I can do with just weights
I am 14, and I need a workout that trains every muscle in my body, and loses fat everywhere. I have my schedule as, Push/Monday Pull/Tuesday Leg/Wednesday Rest/Thursday Push/Friday Pull/Saturday Leg/Sunday Every weekend. If someone can get me some good workouts with only natural workouts, weights, heavy bag, or benchpress because thats all i have access to as of right now, that would be great. It would also be amazing if you could tell me what muscle they workout.
