Before you promise someone a big transformation, I want you to ask yourself one question: What proof do I actually have? 🤷‍♀️ Not what proof do you wish you had. Not what proof Future You definitely will have after she gets her life together, drinks more water, stops doom scrolling, and stops overthinking every checkout page. What proof do you have TODAY? Inside our FREE Power Hour training happening TOMORROW, I’m teaching one of my favorite nuggets of wisdom from this whole topic: The Proof Ladder! 🪜 It’ll help you figure out where you are right now: Level 1: Personal Proof. You’ve done the thing yourself. Level 2: Client Proof. You’ve helped someone else do the thing. Level 3: Process Proof. You’re actively testing the thing and documenting what happens. Level 4: Adjacent Proof. You have related experience that gives you credibility. Level 5: No Proof Yet. You’re interested, passionate, and learning but you need to sell carefully, honestly, and probably as a beta or experiment. This matters because if you’re on Level 5, you DO NOT get to market like you’re on Level 1. ❌ You can't ethically say, “I’ll help you make $10K months,” if you have not made $10K months and have not helped a client do it either. ❌ You can't promise someone they’ll double their income if you haven’t created that result. ❌ You can't sell a measurable transformation with no receipts and then act shocked when people don’t trust you. BUT . . . ✅ You can still sell something honest. ✅ You can sell process support. ✅ You can sell a beta. ✅ You can sell accountability. ✅ You can run an experiment.
