The Eastern time be killing me for the zooms and also seems I don't get the notification in enough time to attend. Will there be replays at all? Also dealing with the fires in Cali right now. Rebuttal

What’s a good rebuttal for those purchasing the grant list and then complaining about the expired dates and asking for a refund? I have no refund policy my digital products. I would like suggestions on a good rebuttal for the expired dates.

Maybe give disclosure in the beginning that the list includes some expired grant dates that can still be applied for and that the majority (give a number or percentage) are current and that some are recurring. Include that there are No refunds.
