Tools for Scripture Interpretation
The Hebrew language of the Old Testament carries meaning in ways that are very different from modern English. Understanding even a basic working knowledge of the Hebrew alphabet and how the language functions can open up layers of meaning that aren’t always visible in translation. Always remember the Bible was written FOR us NOT TO us. Having this in the foremost of your mind while studying will help us to exegete the text correctly and less likely to error in our interpretation of Scripture. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Q_9eTZQrSKS8sLNSw6cRqiTrPtzIo8fh0KdaeLVhLOs/edit?usp=drivesdk

MENTORSHIP ASSIGNMENT: WE ALL PROPHESY
Mentees, today I want to give you a simple but powerful activation. One of the defining marks of a Spirit-filled community is that the voice of God is not rare among us—it is normal. The prophet Joel declared: Joel 2:28 “I will pour out My Spirit upon all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy.” This prophecy was later confirmed in the New Testament when the Holy Spirit was poured out at Pentecost. What does this mean? It means that prophecy is not reserved only for prophets. Yes, there is an office of the prophet, but the ability to prophesy flows from the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. Every believer who carries the Spirit carries prophetic potential. What Is Prophecy? In the Old Testament, the Hebrew word often associated with prophecy is נָבָא (naba’), which means: “to speak forth, to bubble up, to pour out words by inspiration.” In the New Testament, the Greek word is προφητεύω (prophēteuō), which means: “to speak under divine inspiration, to declare the mind or message of God.” Very simply: Prophecy is speaking by inspiration. It happens when the Holy Spirit places an unction, an impression, or a burden on your heart to say something that strengthens others. The apostle Paul gives us the guardrails for prophetic expression. 1 Corinthians 14:3 “He who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men.” In other words, prophecy should: • Edify – build people up • Exhort – stir people forward • Comfort – strengthen the heart Prophecy is not for tearing down or condemning people. It is for building the house. Your Activation Now it’s your turn. Take 60 seconds and pray. Ask the Holy Spirit: “Lord, what do You want to say to this community today?” Then come back to the comments and release a corporate prophetic word for this group. It does not have to be long. It does not have to be complicated. Just speak what you sense the Spirit saying. Maybe it’s: • encouragement • strength • direction • hope • faith for a new season

WAKE UP CALL ☀️
It’s Monday. A brand new week. A brand new opportunity. A brand new grace. “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning.” (Lamentations 3:22–23) Whatever last week was… Win or loss. Momentum or mistake. Clarity or confusion. It’s over. This week is a blank canvas. This is your reminder that discipline beats motivation. Clarity beats chaos. Consistency beats intensity. You are not behind. You are not late. You are not disqualified. You are responsible. So let’s move. 👇🏾 In the comments, list your goals and objectives for this week. Be specific. Be measurable. Be intentional. What are you building? What are you finishing? What are you starting? What are you eliminating? Let’s create a productive, focused, powerful week. It’s time. Wake up.

Hello Everyone. This week: I’m taken a step that could be good or bad. I don’t know at the moment but I definitely have the peace of God regarding the matter. However the outcome maybe, I am in expectation of restoration, reconciliation, and the steps of moving forward with a clean start and pure heart. Preparation for a professional photography project session of RAW Self behind the lens of a good photographer friend of mine. Pretty excited about it. Starting to read the book Apostle mention during Bible study last week “Blessing or Curse…” by Derek Prince. Continue working on my previous work on my workbook.
