If you stay consistent with moving everyday and eating the same few things for breakfast lunch and dinner you will start to see a chance on that scale ! So far since working out and eating simple and taking supplements I’ve been having more energy and much more clearer skin because my skin was extremely dry because I was consuming a lot of bread in my diet ‼️
