Quick question regarding FLIPPING / SELLING your websites. We've been working on something new: Xagio Marketplace, a place where you can list your websites for sale, get exposure to potential buyers, and only pay a commission if your site sells. Before we launch, we'd love to know how interested you are in something like this. Two quick things: 1. In the poll below: Which option best describes your interest in selling sites? 2. In the comments: If you've sold websites before, where did you sell them? Thanks all!

Hello everyone! I’m an AI and software engineer based in Japan. Japanese is my native language, so it is very difficult to communicate in English, especially when discussing business. So I’m currently looking to expand my work and build a long-term partnership with someone who has strong English communication skills. I do not require any knowledge of development. You simply need to be **age is 18+ and strong English communication skills**. I believe a successful partnership should be based on *mutual respect, honesty, clear communication, shared responsibility, and a commitment to creating value together*. If you’re interested in building long-term business partnership, please feel free to send me a DM. I look forward to meeting trustworthy and motivated people!

I have several potential clients however I'm still learning this process. These are mostly going to be contractors ranging from vehicle repair service providers to asphalt contractors. Please do not message me if you plan on trying to sell me your service or tell me to purchase any software. I'm looking for somebody who has the experience, proof and willing to build at least one site while I will bring the clients. I would also like to learn from you if you already have experience with this business model so that way we could grow the business together.

Is anyone in here really good contacting potential clients and getting these sites rented? I am looking to potentially partnering up.

Would be awesome to hear about you! Tell me what you specialize in, what you are working on, what you hope to learn! Anything really. Just introduce yourself to me and the community!
