@Edward Windsor to look for sellers? I go on Zillow myself and look for properties. Do I have to talk to anyone for novation deals?

@Edward Windsor yes. I'm 3 weeks into learning. Off-market? I'm not well versed in off-market. If I know what to look for, I could spend my time finding novation deals.
