You’ve done the hardest part already! You recognized it — that’s amazing and already more than a lot of people can say. To be honest, I’d suggest talking to someone — a therapist or counselor, even a life coach. Having a thoroughly educated guide, especially at this point in the journey, can be one of the most impactful things you decide to do. Try jotting down the things you want changed in your life, the things you can change, and how to achieve those through self-growth, acceptance, and all that good stuff. Go in with a game plan; expect it to be put to the side but heard. Bring in a messy journal entry of why you’re moved to do all of this. Just get it down and out. You’re doing great!
