NEW COURSE: FORM BREAKDOWNS
Exciting news yall! I just published the start of a new course: Form Breakdowns. This will basically be a compilation of various videos where I am breaking down the technical components of our lifts while showing the form of an athlete. There will also be instances where I share specific exercise variations to address specific form breakdowns. This should help y’all take a step forward with your lifting to start being able to self-diagnose what your technique flaws are and gain some ideas as to how you can work on them. Your feedback is always appreciated! It is very early into launching this course so there isn’t a ton of content yet, but I will be adding to this over the coming weeks. Enjoy, and happy lifting

Amazing work!
8 months in, new snatch PR. Also built the plate calculator I wish existed
8 months into olympic lifting and the thing that still trips me up is plate math. Mid-session, trying to work out what 85% of my clean & jerk is and then which plates actually get me there, with the rest clock running. I tried the apps that exist for this. Most either bury the calculator inside a full workout logger, or handle kilos badly, or assume you've got plates you don't have. So I built the one I wanted. Plate calculator and PR tracker, nothing else — LoadPR: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/loadpr-1rm-plate-calculator/id6768525538 What I actually want is a reality check from people further along than me, because 18 months isn't long and there are habits I probably haven't formed yet: — Do you run percentages off a true 1RM or a training max? — Should it know your gym's actual plate inventory, or is that overkill? — Does anyone want warmup sets generated, or do you just know your ramp by feel? Tear it apart, that's the point.
