Black coffee + …?
Curious to know what you guys have your coffee with in the morning as I’m currently experimenting with different combos. Milk and coffee? Honey and coffee? Sugar and coffee?

Ray peat’s diet for hypothyroidism
I’m about to start honing in on Peats diet to fix my thyroid issues. I’ve read an interest book by Benedicte Mai Lerche PhD who echoes what Aleks and Peat suggest to help fix hypothyroidism to achieve optimal hormonal and metabolic health. Would anyone else who follows his diet suggest adding cod to my diet for sufficient iodine other than Celtic salt? I’m going to be adding oysters too or is this too much Iodine?

Thyroid needs more "ingredients" than just iodine. You can get enough iodine from Milk, seafood, shellfish and a little bit in eggs. Another good book that I have pending to read: https://www.goodreads.com/en/book/show/563144.Hypothyroidism

@Joe Bibby Optimal thyroid function is quite complex, way complex to say on a comment. Yes it needs glucose and iodine, but also other nutrients, and avoiding any of the stuff that affects negatively the thyroid function such as pufa's, endocrine disruptors, high serotonin, estrogen, high stress state, caloric deficit, winter like environment, etc. To look at thyroid, we need to look at the hormonal system as a whole. That why Aleks has built Reclaim course as it is, a week for endocrinology, a week for micronutrients, another week for nutrition, and another week for lifestyle/habits/blockers. Each week it's 5-7 hours videos. But the important is, Once we get the knowledge and understand it, we must put in place actionable steps to change our habits, nutrition, training and lifestyle.
Have you read the entire bible yet?

I read it when I was agnostic-skeptic except for the last prophetic books (80%), I was still not believing in it 100% back then. Now I had a new reading plan, I'll do it by phases. First the 4 Gospels, then Paul's epistles, and then... books of wisdom I guess.
