Are you training your finger strength?
I'm currently training finger strength 1-2 times a week, I currently can do finger pushups it's painful but I do it because I eventually want a do finger planche.

Artem Morozov says that pushing finger strength is best way to kill your fingers. This is the guy who did maltese on 2 fingers per hand... That statement scared me a lot but I still do train them, but in pulling motions mostly. It is a lot about the ligaments in fingers, they need long time to grow for even a bit.

Front lever. For 4 years straight I had a goal to achieve it by the end of a year, but was waaay too weak. Especially with 63cm leg circumference (no fat) it is kinda hard🤔
