Holiday health & wealth 🎄🥗 💰
Health and wealth are so connected, and most of us feel stuck waiting for one to fix the other. But tiny habits create momentum in both. That’s why I’d like to officially invite you to the brand new 12 Days of Healthy Holidays Challenge run by my friend Lucy! This is happening from December 1st–12th right here inside her group: https://www.skool.com/dietitian/about?ref=c8b589591a1646308f2c9aef772da156 It’s going to be fun, festive, and totally doable (even during the busiest season of the year). Here’s what you can expect: ✨ Daily mini-challenges — tiny actions that take only a few minutes ✨ Fun raffles & prizes throughout the 12 days ✨ Live sessions added to the group calendar (you can join live or catch the replay!) ✨ Easy daily prompts to help you get clear on your goals, plan meals, try new recipes, boost sleep, reduce stress, and shift out of diet mentality ✨ Zero guilt, zero perfection — just support, clarity, and consistency ✨ No sign-up needed — if you’re here, you’re in the challenge! Each day, I’ll post your action step + a simple prompt. Your job? 👉 Follow the directions 👉 Make your own post with your response to be entered into the raffles 👉 Have fun and stay connected with the group This is your chance to glide through the holidays feeling healthier, lighter, and more in control — without waiting for January 1st to start over. Are you in? If so, comment here, and then go find this post in Lucy’s group and say “IM IN LUCY!” Group:https://www.skool.com/dietitian/about?ref=c8b589591a1646308f2c9aef772da156

❤️ What do you do when life feels heavy?
Lately, I’ve had a lot of moms reaching out to me — moms who are tired, overwhelmed, and just trying to hold it all together. I see you. 💛 So many are struggling to feel worthy, loved, or even just seen right now — especially with the holidays coming and budgets getting tighter. 👉 When life starts to feel like too much, I try to pause and reflect on what’s still good — what’s still working — even in the hard seasons. 🌿 This year, I’m grateful that I get to do work I love, from home, with my kids close by. 🎁 This year, we get to give — even just a little — to bless another family. 💗 This year, I’ve seen God show up in ways I didn’t expect, especially when I needed peace most. 🏡 We have a safe home, laughter in the house, and food on the table. 🙏 And even when things don’t look “perfect,” I know He’s still providing. There were plenty of years I couldn’t say any of this. But if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that we all have a 100% success rate of making it through the hard days. So to the mama who’s struggling right now — you’re not alone. You’re doing better than you think. 💪 👇 If you could say one thing to another mom who might be feeling heavy this season, what would it be? You never know who might need to hear it today.

This holiday season try to create memories! Concentrate on the little things. Baking cookies together, playing games, and dancing to holiday music—overall, the greatest gift is time. I know you want to give them the world, but you already are, you. You show up every morning when you're tired, you're at 2%, and you still fill them up with your love. Sometimes the holidays get wrapped up in physical gifts, but the best gifts are felt and remembered for years to come. Think back to when you were their age. Do you remember every toy you got that year? Do not pressure yourself into buying more. Just be creative and make memories ✨️; they last a lifetime! Sending hugs because the holidays can be very overwhelming, but I see you, I hear you, and I appreciate you! If you don't hear that enough! You're enough! Your strength is in your love.
We have a mom to bless!
For the next two weeks, our community is rallying around @Jada McBride . She's our chosen mom for this week's Bless a Mom, and donations are now open to bless her in a real, tangible way! Recommended donation: $2 (but give what you can from the heart). Send donations here: http://spot.fund/BlessSingleMoms A note from Jada: "Hi! I am a single mom of one 10 year old diva. I also take care of my 62 y.o. disabled mom. Any blessing would be amazing as I am responsible for the household alone me, my daughter and my mom. I’m always tryna help ppl out when I can especially single mom's. We are superhero's! Thank yall in advance for anyone who contributes." Drop some encouragement in the comments! Here is the video of the drawing. It will also be under the Bless mom module in Jada's folder.

Bless a mom update 📣
As some of you know, I’ve been MIA as I was with my mom as she transitioned to heaven. She passed peacefully on 10/29. My heart hurts but I know the show must go on, and I want to pour my energy back into this group as soon as the dust settles.😇 (just give me some grace-I don’t know the timeline) During that time we kept Patricia Garcia as the Blessed Mom of the Week and $45 was raised for her. I will officially close her time at 5:30pm cst this Thursday (11/6/25) and would like to encourage anyone able, to please send $1-2 dollars towards blessing Patricia. My mom was a single mom as well, and so in her honor I will personally match every dollar raised between now and Thursday, 1:1. Please, let’s show Patricia some love! @Ashley Melton Sorry for your loss here on earth but your mom is at peace now and will always be with you. Allow yourself to follow with grief because it's a journey that you learn and grow with. I Lost my son's father 4 years ago coming this December and it still feel unreal. Last year I lost my sister, my grandmother and my grandfather all within a few months of each other. My grandparents were back to back and that time was such a process. I hope that your surrounded by love and people who understand you. It makes such a difference. Sending hugs!!!
