Live training!
Hey yall! I’d like to get us all together to talk about the books soon! Is there a night or time that works best? I know we’re on various time zones but if the majority of us can get together, that’d be what I want to do!

💥 Midweek Check-In - Honest Question
What are you currently tolerating that you know needs to change? Not fixing. Not changing. Not addressing. Just tolerating. Sometimes the biggest breakthrough doesn't come from adding something new. It comes from finally dealing with something you've been putting off. 👇 What comes to mind? 💥 Lead. Grow. Move.

Sometimes I try to take on too many goals at once. There’s nothing wrong with having goals or wanting to grow, but I’m learning that I don’t have to pursue everything at the same time. Instead, I need to prioritize what matters most, focus my energy, and give myself permission to take things one step at a time.
💥 Week 3: When the Butterflies Leave
Let's be honest. The first few days are always fun. New goals. New commitments. New possibilities. Everybody's excited. Everybody's motivated. Everybody's ready to change their life. Then something happens. The butterflies leave. The excitement fades. Life starts lifing again. 😄 Work gets busy. Schedules get crazy. Unexpected things show up. And suddenly the thing you were excited about becomes something you have to be intentional about. That's when the real work begins. Because motivation is a spark. But consistency is a choice. And discipline is a habit. And the people who create meaningful change aren't usually the most motivated. They're the ones who keep moving after the motivation wears off. So here's the question for this week: When the excitement fades, what's your typical response? Do you get distracted? Do you get busy? Do you lose focus? Do you start overthinking? Do you quit measuring your progress? Do you slowly drift back into old habits? And more importantly... What's made you stop in the past? Be honest. No judgment. Just awareness. Because once you know where you've typically gone off track, you're much more likely to recognize it before it happens again. 👇 Share your answer below. Lead. Grow. Move. 💥

I quit measuring my progress because I get busy.
Week 1: The Drift
Full training below! 👇🏼 Once you’ve watched, here’s the assignment: Identify where you’ve drifted and name it. Tell us where that is. Choose one intentional move you’re going to make to stop drifting.
Week 1: The Drift

My drift has been change. I recently received a promotion at work, which comes with more responsibility and new expectations. I’m learning how to step into this next season without feeling like I have to give up the time boundaries I’ve worked hard to create. My goal is to honor my increased responsibilities while also giving myself grace. I don’t have to adjust to everything overnight. I can grow into my role, reassess what needs my attention, and make intentional changes without overextending myself. Things I can do to help me. Define my non-negotiable boundaries: Decide what time is truly work time and what time is personal time, then protect those boundaries as much as possible. Reassess my priorities weekly Ask:What actually needs my attention this week? What can wait? What can I delegate?
