Hi, Iām Sebastian Carl Razon, a freelance private chef based in the Philippines with hands-on experience in high-end and private dining. I previously served as a private yacht chef for Ms. Universe Shamcey Supsup, delivering personalized, luxury dining experiences. I also managed and led menu R&D for OnlyPans Taqueria, a Mexican restaurant in the Philippines, where I developed and refined most of the menu. Iām currently a 2nd-year Hospitality Management student at a state university, combining real-world execution with formal training. Open to private chef, yacht, and bespoke dining opportunities
