Tips for Osgood-Schlatters disease?

48 year old patient who had Bells Palsy on the left side when 17 years old Head has been tilted since she had Bell’s palsy - left SCM is extremely tight.

Patient developed an eye twitch after drinking alcohol for 3 days- gets better with adjustments (relief from twitch for 2-3 days) and work through traps/ SCM and Ptryregoids. Any other tips would be awesome

Hi guys, I have a 3-week-old with tongue tie and trouble latching on the right breast- natural birth, but a shoulder got stuck, and a vacuum was used. I have forgotten how do release tongue tie and also any other advice would be appraciated
