Coaching yourself?
My coach has been so valuable to me through the last few months of tough challenges. I would encourage any coach, if YOU don't have a coach yourself then you are not experiencing what you offer to others. I'm my design products business we use and test every product so we know what our customer experience is like. When I was Head of HR in a FMCG business, I regularly tasted the food products as an extra quality control. When I sold motorbikes, I test drove every part exchange bike before it went on sale. My AI apps go through rigorous testing before release. We cannot coach ourselves effectively so we cannot quality control easily except by getting client feedback. However, when you face your own challenges and have a coach to encourage you through, you live the coaching process for real and connect more authentically with your client experience.
I just levelled up!
So, this is so important to me right now. My coaching matters so much and this group is such a big part of it. However, a series of tough situations in my charity stole my time from my commercial work and Skool community. To jump back in and then Level up to Level 5 is so satisfying and I want to thank @Miri Campbell and all of the members for engaging and supporting and making this a great place to be. I'm a Level 5, Baby!!
I just levelled up!

@Dianna Carlton My new programme, The Alpha Protocol, is aimed at high performers but the coaching concepts behind it are founded on natural human drives that have been part of human survival for centuries. I use the same drives as a teaching tool in my coaching with recovery. Imagine if there is a link that connects the high performers that achieve greatnes and the high performers that achieve destruction?! Same drive - different outcome!! What if we could harness the drive but change the direction, build structure and coach for sustainable growth! Then bring these two groups together for mentorship. It will either work or I will fail trying very hard to bring dignity and respect to a discarded demographic. My experience so far tells me that both groups are desperate to find meaning and purpose. One because they never really had it, and the other because because they're losing it so soon. There are more similarities than differences.

@Eleanor Beatrice I have a strong connection to the world of rugby in the UK and I'm a leader in the largest church in my hometown with strong connections to a large network. I'm starting there. I'm not looking for fast growth as I need to keep this manageable and test it with these small groups. I will first be offering an first-mover's opportunity to members of certain groups I'm in on Skool, and to my own group members.

@Eleanor Beatrice Retention rates. The system is designed to not be intrusive to busy lives but is balanced with value outputs. That ratio needs testing first which small sample groups will hopefully uncover

In this post, I asked what everyone was working on, and there was SO much happening behind the scenes. Now I want to know what happened 😁 @Ashley Hairston you were sharing more resources with your community, working on your podcast and finalising your coaching offer. How did you get on? @David R you were updating your AI agents to help finish projects and exploring ways to turn research into content. What progress did you make? @Allison Bonilla you were determined to get a government-related issue sorted after spending far too much time on hold! Did you finally get through to the right person? @Natalie Hurdley you were doing your first big live across TikTok and YouTube, then turning it into content for your blog. How did the live go? 🥳 @Danielle Mitchell you were finishing your Google Business Profile course and getting ready to launch your new website and store. Tell us how it went! 👏 @Veronika Hübner you had one very important mission: sorting out your flat 😁 Did the tidying happen? @Ben William you were creating new creatives and launching a new Facebook campaign, followed by more resources for your community. What did you get finished? @Stevie Sullivan you were coming back from your holiday with ideas about turning your experience into content. Did any of those ideas make it onto the page? @Christine Betar you were wrapping up your website ready for its first release. Have you reached that exciting launch point yet? @Kate Galli you were finishing the overhaul of your Premium yearly membership and getting everything ready to share. Is the new version out in the world yet? 💚

One of my best ways to get clients is through my books and apps. It's a small cost way to discover what I'm about. I have just received a proof copy of my latest book and I'm looking forward to my proof reader corrections so I can get this one out there!
