Stop waiting until you feel ready. Readiness is a myth.
I used to believe that confidence comes before action. That you wait until you feel prepared, until the fear goes away, until you finally feel like the person who can do the thing. I was wrong, and it cost me time I cannot get back. The truth is confidence is built by action, not the other way around. You do not think your way into readiness. You act your way into it. Here is what I tell people I mentor. 1. Start before you feel ready. The feeling of readiness almost never arrives on its own. It shows up after you have already taken the first step. 2. Let action come first, confidence will follow. Every rep you take, every uncomfortable conversation you have, every imperfect attempt builds proof that you can handle more than you think. 3. Redefine fear. Fear is not a stop sign, it is a sign you are doing something that matters. Comfortable things rarely scare us. The people who win are not the ones who eliminated fear. They are the ones who moved anyway.

I resonate with this @Cristian Voinea Fear held me back for most of my life. When you let it stop being an enemy and you can recognise it and choose not to be controlled by it, so much more becomes possible, and you become so much more UNSTOPPABLE!
You don't fail because you lack talent.
Most people don't fail because they lack talent. They fail because they're waiting. Waiting for the right time. Waiting to feel ready. Waiting for someone to give them permission. Here's the truth: that moment is never going to come on its own. You have to decide it's time. The moment you stop waiting and start moving, everything shifts. Your mindset shifts. Your results shift. Your life shifts. I've seen it happen over and over again with people right here in this community, and I know it can happen for you too. So I want to ask you one question: What is one thing you've been putting off that you know, deep down, you need to do? Drop it in the comments. Say it out loud. Because the first step to taking the LEAP is owning where you are right now. Let's go. 💪

Nice one @Cristian Voinea I see this often too, yet am still guilty of procrastination myself. Less a deliberate act of avoidance, and more a case of so many exciting ideas and opportunities that can take me off on a tangent. I have found getting clear on my purpose, call it a life mission if you will of a world where every man can have a life coach, not just the wealthy, becomes a reality, has really helped to draw the line around what I am doing, so I better at saying no than ever before! Thats why I am looking for other coaches to join me in that, and if they are aligned to be a part of it, first off by getting PRIME-ACT accreditation through Hegarty House Ltd and then maybe even becoming a Men Forge Forward franchise (when that is in place).

@Cristian Voinea Thank you 😊
The moment everything started to change for me.
There was a specific moment in my life when I realized that the only thing standing between me and the life I wanted was my own mindset. Not my circumstances. Not my background. Not the people around me. Just the story I kept telling myself. And the second I changed that story, everything else followed. I want to hear from you. What was the moment you realized you needed to change something in your life, and what did you do about it? Drop it in the comments.

I have 'reinvented' myself several times. Maybe that is the resilient me, or perhaps the entrepreneurial me who thrives on a new challenge. Whatever it is, I agree with you that people have a lot more control over their destiny than perhaps they give themselves credit for.
