Go to sleep at night like a boss and set 3 of the most important tasks for tomorrow and wake up in the morning as a employee and just do the task without any questions and repeat daily !!
I stopped buying junk food instead of โ€œtrying to resistโ€ it.

Don't go out shopping when I am hungry ~~
If I quit when it gets hard, I train myself to quit in other areas too.

Walking 10000 steps a day !!
Iโ€™ve never regretted a workout.
