Hey Carolyn ! I have seen them ! I got super sick the last few days my apologies I have been a bit absent. I have been sick in 2 years 😳 so it hit me hard I geuss .
A big congratulations is in order for one of our first community members from Denver ! @Kijhan Thomas has been following my steps like a boss and has already landed his fist Co- host gig with a Airbnb host !!!! Big Congratulations dude !! Keep the grind up and let’s land ya 3 more !!!
Hey all! I had a question I think could benefit us all especially if you're working with MTRs. How do you justify your 15 - 20% management fee when a host's monthly rate is already at the top of the market and will be breaking even prior to your fee?
This is a good question Kijahn ! I have honestly never found a Airbnb listing that was performing at the top of its game. If I did that host probably dosent need help. Unless a host is already a 5 star Super host with 100 % booking rate then there is always room for improvement and to drive more income for the host. The goal here when pitching to a Host is with your skill set the host will generally make more money at the end of the year after they pay you compared to if they were running the business all in their own. This happens because you will provide them optimal customer care, listing optimization via pricing and calander management, you will provide them with high quality photos and will manage the listing in a manner that generates 5 star reviews and these reviews are the back bone of this industry. You also can pitch to a host that by using you as a co-host they can focuse on other aspects of life like family or new business ideas :)
