2 May 2026 (Live Q&A Replay): Biggest Mistakes Before Ceramic Coating
We’ve just wrapped up tonight’s live Q&A—and this one hit HARD. A lot of people came in thinking ceramic coating will fix everything…but the truth is 👇 👉 Coating doesn’t fix damage 👉 It locks in whatever condition your car is in Which means if the prep is wrong…you’re sealing in scratches, swirl marks, and defects permanently. In this session, we covered: - ❌ Why coating a neglected car can backfire - ❌ The biggest mistake people make trying to “save money” - ❌ What happens when prep work is skipped - ❌ When ceramic coating is actually NOT worth it 💬 We also asked: 👉 Can ceramic coating fix scratches? 👉 What happens if you coat without proper prep? 👉 Is it better to wait… or protect your car early? 🎥 Watch the replay here: 💭 After watching, tell us honestly:Did your perspective change? YES or NO If you’re unsure about your car condition, feel free to ask here or message us. We’d rather guide you properly than see you make an expensive mistake.

Not about more leads… but what happens after
Hey everyone 👋 I’m Kunmi, really glad to be here and learn from you all. I’ve been spending some time looking into how AI agents are being used in businesses, especially alongside digital marketing, and I thought I’d share something that might be useful particularly for car dealerships. One thing I’ve noticed is that growth today isn’t just about getting more traffic or leads… it’s also about how well those leads are handled. With everything going on daily, it’s easy for: Enquiries from your website or social media to get delayed Follow-ups to be inconsistent Potential buyers to lose interest and move on to your competitors Old leads to sit there without ever being reactivated That’s where AI agents are starting to play a big role. They work in the background as part of your digital marketing system on your website and social media to: Respond instantly to new enquiries Keep follow-ups going on and book more leads automatically Reconnect with old leads who didn’t convert before Answer common questions anytime, even outside working hours In simple terms, they help make sure every lead is attended to, without adding more pressure to your team. From what I’ve seen, businesses that combine strong digital marketing with systems like this tend to save time, reduce missed opportunities, and get more value from the leads they already have rather than just spending more to get new ones. It’s becoming less of a “nice to have” and more of a practical advantage for staying consistent and competitive. Curious to hear how are you guys currently managing your website enquiries, social media messages, and older leads? Thanks again for having me here @Seak Yen Chin

🚗 New Car vs Used Car (25 Apr Q&A Live) – Which Should You Coat? (Replay)
We just wrapped up a powerful live session, and this one surprised a lot of people 👀 Most car owners assume:👉 “New car = perfect condition”👉 “Only old cars need detailing” But the truth is… that’s not always the case. In this replay, we break down: - Why brand new cars still have swirl marks - Whether you should coat immediately or wait - If coating a used car is actually worth it - What matters more: ceramic coating vs paint preparation We also asked some tough questions during the session: 💬 Do you think a brand new car needs polishing before coating? 💬 Would you coat your car immediately after buying it… or wait? 💬 If you had $2,000 — would you coat a new car or restore a used one? 🔥 And the big debate: Would you rather have A) A brand new car without coating B) A 5-year-old car fully corrected + coated 👉 Watch the replay and see if your answer changes. 💭 After watching, comment below:“NEW” or “USED” — which would you choose now? If you’re unsure about your own car condition, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to guide you on what’s actually worth doing (no pressure).
