I wanted to create three different versions of myself in the same scene, each with her own look and personality, while trying to keep the characters and environment consistent. There are definitely some glitches 😂, but I learned a LOT putting this together, especially about character consistency, movement, continuity, and how much planning goes into even a short video. Still learning, but I had a lot of fun with this one! Would love any feedback or tips on getting even more natural, real-life-looking results next time. ❤️ Oh! PS. That's a coffee house here were I live called Tamper. I took some photos of it and had AI create the environment for my Avatara. It's not exact, but it's pretty close! I love the idea of placing Avatars inside real spaces.

technical question: You did 9 attempts to get a 15 second clip just perfect. However, 2 sentences of dialogue out of 4, Seedance 2.5 decides to mispronounce "Agave" as "a gravy". All other clips are fine. The one keeper is not. Has happened so many times with various words. Is there a software or another generator to run the clip through to smoothly fix a few words in the dialogue? Can ShortPulse do that?

I'm still getting used to ShortPulse , but i think this came out really great! But I will start directing now that I am getting familiar with it. I am loving SP!!!

I am trying to make a video with my avatar using standard. I uploaded 5 images of my avatar and 1 video. I wanted to replace the person in the video with my avatar. I tried 5 times to generate and each time it gives me the same person in the original video and not my avatar. I just blew 402 per video five times. Help! What I am I missing?
