🫓🍗 Mediterranean Chicken Pita (Air Fryer)
A quick, flavorful dinner that feels fresh, filling, and a little elevated without requiring a ton of effort. Ingredients: Chicken: - 1–2 chicken thighs - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp paprika - 1 tsp oregano - 1/2 tsp cumin - Salt & pepper to taste - Juice of 1/2 lemon Sauce: - 1/2 cup Greek yogurt - Squeeze of lemon juice - Garlic powder - Pinch of salt - Optional: dill or parsley Toppings: - Cucumber, diced - Tomato, diced - Red onion (optional) - Spinach or lettuce Base: - Pita or naan bread Instructions: 1. Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. 2. Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through. 3. Let the chicken rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing. 4. Mix together the yogurt sauce ingredients. 5. Warm pita or naan in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes. 6. Assemble: Pita → sauce → chicken → veggies → extra sauce if desired. Optional finishing touch: Add a squeeze of fresh lemon and a drizzle of olive oil before serving. Simple, fresh, high protein, and honestly one of my favorite “take care of yourself” meals lately.

Secure partnerships happen when both partners vibrate in harmony with the love energy field they share.
DTF - Turkey Pasta Bake
🍝 Turkey Pasta Bake (DTF Edition) 🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3) - 1 lb ground turkey - 6–8 oz protein pasta (chickpea or lentil) - 1 ½ cups marinara sauce (I used Carbone 👀) - 1–2 cups fresh spinach - 2–3 cloves garlic (minced) - 1 tbsp olive oil - 1–2 tsp Italian seasoning - Salt & pepper to taste 👩🏽‍🍳 Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F 2. Cook pasta Boil in salted water until slightly undercooked (about 1–2 minutes less than package directions) Drain and set aside 3. Cook the turkey Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat Add garlic → sauté for 30 seconds Add ground turkey → cook until browned Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper 4. Build the sauce Add marinara sauce to the turkey Stir in spinach → cook until wilted 5. Combine Add cooked pasta into the pan Mix everything together until evenly coated 6. Bake Transfer to a baking dish (or use an oven-safe pan) Bake for 15–20 minutes, until hot and slightly bubbly 7. Optional (but recommended) Broil for 2–3 minutes for a slightly crispy top 🔁 Easy Swaps - No spinach? → Use kale or zucchini - Want it saucier? → Add an extra ½ cup marinara - Want heat? → Add red pepper flakes - Lower carb? → Use less pasta, more veggies 💡 DTF Notes - This is a high-protein, low-effort comfort meal - Perfect for nights when you’re tired but still want to show up for yourself - Makes great leftovers (arguably better the next day 👀)
