@Mike Trader Mike thank you for the response. I vacuumed it down and it held for more than an hour I have done this a couple of times and also checked with a sniffer for leaks I just checked both valves and both are fully open and back seated. I am getting sweating on the dryer and the suction lines working pressure is running at design pressure. This is a new unit so I am not sure why it will not cool correctly. My output air is only 72* F with the thermostat set at 60*F
