I am considering the following investment: [Describe the opportunity in 3–5 sentences: the asset class, structure, expected returns, timeline, and who is promoting it.] Based on this, please: 1. List the five biggest assumptions this investment requires me to accept. 2. For each assumption, explain:• What would need to be true for it to hold.• What could cause it to fail. 3.
