Let's get to work!!
Hey everyone, I’ll be completely candid—I have been terrible about posting in here lately. I've been heads-down in the trenches auditing protocols and managing client data, but that’s no excuse to go dark on the community board. I own that. But my radio silence actually brings up a perfect point about what we do here in the Lab. When friction gets high, schedules get packed, or things don't go perfectly to plan, the very first thing that usually drops is communication. You stop logging your meals, you skip the weigh-ins, and you go "off the grid." I see it constantly. But here is the hard truth: We cannot manage what we do not measure. Whether you are just starting your protocol or you are closing in on a new All-Time Low (ATL), the process only works if the data is high-fidelity. You don't need a perfect week of training to weigh a meal. You don't need to hit an RPE 9 on every single lift to hit your daily protein floor (your hardware insurance). When things get chaotic, you don't rise to the level of your goals—you fall to the level of your systems. Your Weekend Directive: I am back on the grid, and I want a pulse check on the room. Drop a comment below with two things: 1. Your biggest win of the week (Scale dropping, a strength PR, or just surviving a crazy schedule and getting your protein in). 2. Where you are feeling the most friction right now. I’m reviewing every single comment. Let's get the momentum rolling and lock in for next week. Let's get to work. Kyle

We gotta lock in to keep on track for hot guy/gal summer. I know for me personally it is hoochie daddy shorts weather and I will be dipped if my legs don't look fantastic in short shorts. Thanks in huge part to the lab.

Weekly Check-Ins Sent Out! 🚀
Hey Clash Lab Team, All weekly check-ins have been sent and should be in your inbox. Please take a moment to review your feedback and reflect on your accomplishments. Together, we can pinpoint specific areas where we need to make adjustments for the upcoming week. The Reality of the Work: I want to be honest: It's hard to track every bite, step, and set. It requires a level of discipline and mindfulness that most people simply aren't willing to give. That is exactly why most people find themselves stagnant. It’s easy to work hard; it’s much harder to stay objective and hold yourself accountable to the data when you're tired, busy, or stressed. Why We Measure: We don’t track just to see numbers on a screen; we track because: - Data eliminates the guesswork: it tells us if we need to pivot or stay the course. - It builds ownership: when you track, you are in the driver's seat of your own transformation. - Progress fuels motivation: Seeing that weight trend down or your strength go up is the best "pre-workout" there is. The "Clash Lab" Standard: Whether you had a "perfect" week, hitting every step and calorie goal, or you struggled to find the time to log your entries, the goal remains the same: Show up and be honest with the data. We can only improve what we measure. If you fell behind, don't let a bad week turn into a bad month. Get back into your sheets, log what you can, and let's win this coming week together. Let’s keep pushing. I hope everyone has a great time with their Super Bowl festivities! Please let me know if you need anything from me! Drop a "Done" in the comments once you've reviewed your check-in!

Got mine and I am hyped for the core workout and really going to focus on getting my protein goal.
Welcome to the lab!
Welcome to Clash Lab Fitness. If you are reading this, you’ve moved past the "guessing" phase. You are no longer just exercising; you are executing a protocol. This community is built for the 100%ers. Whether you are here for the 8-week intensive or the long-term pursuit of high-performance hardware, the rules of the Lab remain the same: the data doesn't lie, and the grit is mandatory. 🚀 Your Day 1 Checklist: 1. Introduce Yourself: Comment below with your current "hardware status." What are your primary goals for the next 8 weeks, and what is your current training background? 2. Complete Your Onboarding: Ensure your Liability Waiver, PAR-Q+, and Bio-Data Intake forms are submitted. I cannot release your custom splits until these variables are locked. 3. Explore the Classroom: Head over to the Classroom tab to access your Exercise Library and the "Lab Manual" on how to track your RPE and metrics. 📊 The Sunday Ritual: Every Sunday is Data Day. You will submit your weekly check-in forms by 11:59 PM. I review every single sheet on Monday morning to pivot your protocol for the following week. This is a space for transparency. If your "Check Engine" light is on (indicating an injury, burnout, or stall), speak up. If you hit a personal best, post it. Logic provides the map. Grit provides the fuel. Let’s get to work. — Kyle de Vroede, Founder, Clash Lab Fitness LLC
