Hi everyone, just a quick question here. I have my second brain inside Obsidian, and I also have my cloud desktop app. Do you use Obsidian mostly, or can you still use the desktop work inside the second brain folder, and it'll still add all the contents into the correct folders?

Hey, I watched the Claude Co-work video, and wow! I also watched the Second Brain 2.0 video. Can the Second Brain do everything covered in the Co-work course but for multiple projects? What if I have existing projects; can I move them into my Second Brain? I hope you understand me, as I've only been using Claude for one week, but I'm learning fast.
