Thanks, @Rick Kloete! I do use Safari and wish I could use it more! Unfortunately the chromium based browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc.) have better extension offerings. I loathe using them being a former Cybersecurity guy.

I think I’m going to move forward with pipe drive as my CRM so my virtual assistant will have a better tool to use. Has anyone who’ve had any experience with pipe drive? If so, please share, and thank you in advance!
