Niche Troubles😒
I'm currently stuck on picking a niche. Patrick stated in his 3 hr course video that you can niche by industries, tools, or services. I'm thinking about specializing in booking systems and A.I. automations, however I really don't know what industry/businesses (high ticket) to target for these services. What do you all think?

@Fabio Trupia Hey Fabio, I appreciate your input on this matter. As for what I’m leaning towards, I’d say luxury services, coaching, and fitness. I want to avoid healthcare related projects.

@Ghislain Lorne I'd say the thing that excites me the most about these services is the fact that it can really help businesses save time, satisfy their customers, and make more money.
I need help
Hey guys, I offered my client a website and a blog inside of it, with a gallary and a newsletter, but he told me he wants to add the pictures and the newsletter by his own, but I don't know how can I deliver that and still win something. What do you think I should say to him?

Hey Diego, I'm not sure I understand the problem. I'll answer your question the best I can even though I am not an expert. From what I understand, you are worried that if you teach the client how to add or edit their own content on the website you'll lose out on money. If so, first I'll say is teach them anyways. As a service provider you should always prioritize providing value. Second, consider proposing to your client monthly maintenance services. After providing your client with in-depth training on editing/managing the content, he or she may think it is difficult to keep up with the newsletter/content and turn to you for help🤷🏽‍♂️ Lastly, you got to keep in mind that building a great relationship with every client could possibly open up more doors for you.

Hello everyone, I'm Pierre👋🏽
I am a college student-athlete that is currently looking for a team while trying to start a web design business. Regarding problems, the main issue would be time management. Balancing sports and business will NOT be easy. On top of that, I am struggling with choosing a niche, understanding the workflow of a web design business (or SOP), and do not know what content I should post as a beginner (I am not a fan of cameras). I'm also curious about how people manage multiple clients/projects per month. That said, I am excited about the journey and looking forward to learning and growing. Wishing you all success in your ventures🤝🏽Be blessed!!

@Tahmid Emam I think you can do better on selling the results your future clients will have if they work with you. Based on your header or hero section, you are trying to sell an aesthetic rather than a problem-solving solution. Also, the overall look of the website feels more playful then futuristic. And I'm aware that it is still a W.I.P. Also, I'm not a hater or trying to be rude, lol. Be blessed🤝🏽

3 Tips on choosing the right niche
Hey guys since so many people right now are struggling to find the right niche I have compiled three very good tips to share with you: 1. Choose a niche you enjoy, have skills in, and is profitable. 2. Research market demand to ensure people are interested and spending money. 3. Pick a niche that is not too competitive but has room to grow. By following these three criteria you will have an easier time selecting a niche.
