I am by no means an expert on growing Skool communities, but when comparing the 4 groups I have made during my tenure in Skool, theres is ONE clear difference that makes Skool be what Facebook and Instagram and even Discord, can not. Thats a place to have fun, if you actually put effort into acknowledging the tools you have at your disposal in Skool! Take the leaderboard for example! The Leaderboard is your main call to action. Engagement, and rewarded engagement is the absolute key. If you have a community with medium to low engagement, notifying them that their engagement and posts are putting them as number one, immideately makes it a bit of a competition, because people love to be doing well! And if you reward it as well? Oh my word has this worked in the Rocket League group....I was mindblown. And sooner or later I will introduce it here, but for the moment, my own way of rewarding it has been a financially dependent gift. I cant do that in all the communities, but it should have a strong value for what you do to your community. And announce why its of value! Example: I will be awarding the individual on top of our leaderboard on the 15th of March a free (enter actual value) session with my blueprint/offer/teachings of offer. I mean it is literally in the Skoolers 101 for you who have your own community, and also in the Alex Hormozi teachings. The people need to feel seen and heared, and nothing makes someone put in effort like a visible result of them doing good. Utilize your Leaderboards!

Today we finished up the weekend with a tournament of the Rocket League Skool Society and I had a blast, even if it means learning how to do things from scratch we had some great matches and a lot of fun. Streaming it live in the Skool as well makes it twice as rewarding. The community is now at 25 and I will be making it pay to join at the end of March. So what this has shown me is that once you find what gives you joy and makes you actually have fun being on Skool, its no longer even a little hassle to be consistant...I think maybe I found my calling here lol

Now even more people have joined the Rocket League group, and I am elated! I hope your Skool communities give you the same feeling! What are your strategies to gain more members lately?

I just posted my first organic posts on Facebook groups about Rocket League inviting people to test my classrooms first course, and immediately 7 people joined! Thats a bit of a wow-factor for me when all other things I have been doing havent seemed to work. I thought my only chance would be adwork and running ads. This is a good Skooler day! Any news to share from your Skools?
