What can a good brand do?
Recently, I've been reflecting on what branding is. For both personal & business, but mostly personal branding. Here's what building a brand has led to for me: ๐Ÿ”น 3x startup founder (products used by global organisations, school districts, hospitals) ๐Ÿ”น 20,000+ LinkedIn followers ๐Ÿ”น LinkedIn Top Voice for 2 years ๐Ÿ”น ~100,000 users with ~$0 paid marketing ๐Ÿ”น Stages in the UK, US, China, Finland, Portugal ๐Ÿ”น Helped Jamie right here in this community book his first 2 client sales calls None of this came from ads. It came from showing up with a clear brand, consistently. I'm sharing this because I want you to know what's possible when you get your positioning right and stick with it. I'm now taking 5 people to help them land their first 3 paying clients from LinkedIn in 60 days. If you're interested, DM me. I would love to hear from you though... What are the top 3 achievements you're most proud of? ๐Ÿ‘‡

1. Built and scaled a digital business into a multi-million-euro company. 2. Evolved from community and marketing into brand, product, and systems building. 3. Built communities, launched events, spoke on major stages, and helped scale brands. Those are my business achievements - but my greatest achievement is my son, and the time we get to build, explore, and experience life together.

@Anna Stoilova Haha โ€” honestly? On the personal side: roller coasters, unforgettable places, and as many great adventures with my son as possible are very high on that list. ๐ŸŽข๐ŸŒ Business-wise, Iโ€™d say my biggest commitment now is building the next chapter smart enough that AI helps create long-term freedom - not just another business. The goal for the next 10 years is pretty simple: Build, adapt, and position myself well enough to earn my future through AI, systems, and meaningful digital productsโ€ฆ ideally in a way that feels more like building than โ€œworking.โ€ ๐Ÿ˜„
I want to share something personal with you.
I used to be a founder who was great at building products but terrible at building a personal brand. My content was sporadic. I'd give a talk, do an interview, then go quiet for weeks. No system. No follow-up. No momentum. I knew what I was capable of. But nobody else did. The gap between what I could do and what the world could see was honestly embarrassing. Then I realised something. My startups could get sold, shut down, pivoted. My personal brand stays with me no matter what. So I stopped overthinking and built a system. Clarity. Consistency. Clients. That system led me to 20K+ followers, Top Voice recognition, and this community. And now I'm building something to help you do the same thing. What's the biggest gap between YOUR expertise and your visibility right now? Drop it below ๐Ÿ‘‡

I've built an agency to โ‚ฌ2.5M revenue, positioned brands across Europe, launched digital products from 0 to market โ€” but ask me about my personal reach and I go quiet. That's exactly what I'm changing now.

Honestly? I never needed it. In my early 20s I was constantly on stage - speaker at events with 200+ people, ran my own event series with StartUP Berlin. Back then, showing up in person was the brand. Then I went deep into execution mode. Building teams, serving clients, scaling an e-commerce business. The work spoke for itself - but only to the people already in the room. With AI, the game is changing completely. The people who shape the narrative will have a massive advantage over those who just deliver great work quietly. I don't want to be left behind - so here I am.

We just hit 300 members. Less than 3 months since launching this community. Here we are, building our brands, building our businesses and growing. What we have achieved together in <3 months: ๐Ÿ’ซ Kathy @Kathy Fluch built her 4-week posting schedule, and launched her brand. She said it was the best challenge she's ever done. Her words: "I've sold myself short for too long." ๐Ÿ’ซ Ken @Ken Hyra started to focus his content deeper in his niche and post regularly on LinkedIn (and earned a spot in the Hall of Fame along the way) ๐Ÿ’ซ Jamie @Jamie Haylett was the first finisher for both challenges, the 7-day Brand Sprint and the Launch with Momentum Sprint, started posting on LinkedIn and got his first leads from there! And that's just three of you. 300 builders. Real brands getting built, in public, with each other. Members are finishing the 7-day Brand Sprint with real assets: lead magnets built, posting schedules live, brands launched. Builders are showing up for each other, celebrating wins, not lurking. This is what happens when you choose to ACT versus Proud of every single one of you. -- Now tell me: what's the next thing you're building? Drop it in the comments. Let's support it ๐Ÿ‘‡

Congrats Anna! Nice Achievement! "what's the next thing you're building?" Still stuck with my submission for the vibe jam. I really want to submit a cool game but just 1 week left. But invested some time to work on my portfolio page. Still don't know if it was worth it, what do you think? https://www.youtube.com/shorts/zEEiQ-Qx644
