Key word of the year “WATER” The Ai era is a total resource hog. It may seem like it’s mostly on the internet but in reality data centers are physical and requires more water than an aquarium. Water is used to keep the servers cool because they create heat better than a campfire on a hot summer day. One data center uses as much water as everyone in the city it’s built in. To run Ai along with all the other internet related companies would be the worst water crisis adding event in our lifetimes. Now that you know that, we see an opportunity for investment in a “scarce resource “ that has high demand for life on earth and now high demand for the leading industry for the foreseeable future. The laws of supply vs demand would imply that all this water will increase in price as the supply keeps being drained. To be clear they use fresh water only, because salt water is corrosive and causes more problems. Our drinking and cleaning water is now a commodity.
