I decided to nebulize chlorine dioxide for the first time today. I followed the instructions from this video: https://www.brighteon.com/c025dd4a-5f59-48de-bf64-6ac7593e7d3d About 2 hours afterwards, I blew my nose, and this extremely thick, gooey stuff came out (see pics). It almost felt like glue, it was so sticky. This came out of my right nostril only. Also what's weird is I felt this almost immediate relief. My sinuses cleared up right away, I've been having brain fog all day and it also went away. And my motivation came back. I'm guessing this is biofilm or some combo of biofilm/mucous/other? Has anyone had anything like this come out their nose?
