1 contribution to Uligugu: You Are Treasure
About Me
Welcome to the Community – Let Me Introduce Myself Hello beautiful souls, My name is Sinqobile S. Moyo, and I’m the founder of Uligugu – You Are Worth More Than Treasure. Before I became a coach and advocate for healing, I was simply a woman trying to survive relationships that left deep emotional wounds. I experienced narcissistic abuse more than once, and I also grew up in an environment where emotions were not openly expressed. For a long time, I carried confusion, silence, and pain. But my healing journey changed everything. Through faith, learning, and deep inner work, I began to understand narcissistic abuse, trauma bonds, and the patterns that keep many women trapped in toxic relationships. As I healed, I discovered something powerful: My story was not just for survival — it was for helping other women heal too. That is why I created this community. Here, we talk about things that many people avoid: - Narcissistic abuse - Emotional manipulation - Gaslighting - Trauma bonds - Rebuilding self-worth - Healing through faith This space is meant to be safe, empowering, and honest. My hope is that every woman here begins to rediscover her voice, her strength, and her value. Because the truth is: You were never the problem. You were simply loving someone who could not love you back in a healthy way. And healing is possible. In this community you can expect: - Healing discussions - Faith-based encouragement - Practical tools for recovery - Live conversations and learning - A supportive sisterhood I would love to get to know you too. If you feel comfortable, introduce yourself below and share: 1️⃣ What brought you to this community 2️⃣ One thing you hope to heal or learn You are not alone anymore. Welcome to the journey of healing and wholeness. 💛 — Sinqobile

Uligugu is a Northern Ndebele/Zulu word which translates to you are precious, treasure, worthy. This is a reminder to every woman that has suffered in an abuse relationship, she has forgotten who she is and whose she is. For many like me, the relationship twisted my identity to an extent that I started to believe the voice of the enemy who said I was worthless, unloveable and deserved their bad treatment, which was off course a lie. My prayer is that you too will get the opportunity to heal and rediscover your true identity because you are loved, you are worthy, you are precious and you are treasured: Uligugu❤️
