Something in the air or water?
I am getting crazy questions and offers on ebay this evening, not sure what's going on - if I buy the item tonight can I get it by Saturday? Seriously 🤣

Nice pick up...
Nice audio haul from last week. Cost me a monkey but sometimes you've got to pay up... 🎵

Cool
Hi, great to be here!
Hi everyone, I thought it was about time I introduced myself properly. I’m Trevor, although I usually go by TJ. I’ve been reselling for a couple of years now. I started out sourcing and selling North Face on Vinted and have gradually moved into a broader mix of modern and vintage outerwear, Japanese streetwear, Y2K, trainers and other branded or unusual pieces. I currently sell mainly through eBay and Vinted, with some items going onto Depop as well. I joined the group a couple of weeks ago but have been fairly quiet so far. I’ve been using this slower period to work on the business behind the scenes - tightening up my sourcing, improving my listing and inventory processes, reviewing older stock and getting properly prepared for Q4. Sales have been unusually slow and inconsistent recently, so it’s been reassuring to hear from other sellers that I’m not the only one experiencing it. At the same time, I want to understand what’s genuinely seasonal and what I could be doing differently or better within my own business. I’m looking forward to joining the group calls, learning from Luke, Simon and everyone here, and getting more involved in the community over the coming weeks. It’ll be great to connect with you all.

Hello TJ welcome in
Sourcing stock
Hello everyone, I’ve found a one off source of completely mixed clothing, 6x builders bags rammed to the point they are overflowing. The guy wants me to buy the lot but I don’t have the space and I don’t want the worthless items either obviously. How would you suggest I offer to purchase items from him? My thoughts are to either offer a price per item type, say £1 per t shirt, £2 per polo shirt, £3 per jumper/jeans/trousers and £4 per coat/jacket Or I could pay per kilo? I just have no idea what the going rate is for a kilo when purchasing wholesale, I’ve only heard of such a thing, never actually dealt with one. Any feedback would be really appreciated. For reference I have sourced from the guy before, he emptied one bag and i rummage through, I got some really nice bits so I know there are some good bits in them but there was wayyy too much Ben Sherman and primark to justify making him an offer on the lot.
