I’ve become aware of how easy it is to get caught up in managing every detail behind the scenes - inboxes, member questions, scheduling. and still feel like there’s more to do... What’s one thing in your business or community that always seems to sneak up on you and steal your focus?

I think probably scheduling for me - I recently brought on a new team member, and like she's still getting the ropes of how I communicate (like for example I'll put bullet points when I really mean 'slide 1', etc.) and so then I'll get really into the weeds of the content calendar and then start moving everything around, and all of a sudden it's been 20 minutes of just changing things for no reason lol

@Virginia Alecia Hahaha to be honest, I've just been saying to myself 'trust past and future Sarah' a little more. I've been letting things go out as planned with less and less of my own 'wait maybe this needs to be here' thoughts because at the end of the day, when I'm in 'writing mode' I'm not in my best 'strategic mode' so that 'writer sarah' I jsut tell her she doesn't know what she's talking about, it's not her time ;)

Quick question for founders and coaches launching programs right now:

What’s been the most overwhelming part of the launch process for you so far? Is it: • setting up backend systems • managing messages and client onboarding • creating marketing assets • organizing the moving pieces • something else entirely? I’ve been helping startups launch for about 8 years and I’m always curious what part founders wish they could take off their plate first.

@Virginia Alecia Hahaha sometimes I do ;) I was actually thinking of previous launches when I left that comment, BUT in terms of now, I'm sort of revamping my whole business. My goal is to semi-retire on Jan 1, 2028, and so I've been working on upgrading everything to start to run less and less with me (but of course that takes tons of me work in the meantime) :)
